There’s something truly enjoyable about exploring the world of fashion and putting together outfits that make you feel both comfortable and confident.

Since not everyone has the time or budget to purchase new clothing constantly, I’ll show you how one staple piece from your closet can be mixed and matched with other items to create fresh, unique looks.

Outfit #1: Layered Up

This dress is very versatile and perfect for all-year wear. Adding layers is a great way to make it even more wearable in the colder months.

For example, adding a leather jacket and knee-high boots for extra warmth.

The layering possibilities are endless for colder weather. You could add tights or a shirt underneath or a sweater over the top.

I went out to lunch with some friends and needed an outfit that would keep me warm and stylish. I love the result of this outfit, and I can’t wait to create even more layered looks with my dress.

Outfit #2: Dressed To Impress

For a date night or a job interview, this dress is a great option.

When I had a surprise date night to a nice steakhouse, I knew exactly how I wanted to style my cozy Swing Dress.

I added heeled booties and a longer blazer jacket to dress it up for the night out. I love how it turned out, and I think the blazer was the perfect length because the dress still poked out the bottom a little bit.

I felt fancy, but I also liked that I could eat a good amount of food and not feel restricted. The yak/merino knit material of the Swing Dress is stretchy, soft, and comfortable.

Finding a dress that can be dressed down or up is great to add to your capsule wardrobe because you never know when an opportunity will arise for such a versatile piece. I can't wait to wear this outfit again.

Outfit #3: Casual Wholegarment Everyday Outfit

Running around town knocking stuff off my to-do list calls for a comfortable outfit.

I added a denim vest over my thin knit Swing Dress, tall socks, and sneakers. For a busy day of errands, this comfortable outfit comes together in seconds.

I wasn’t too hot or cold because of the breathable yak/merino material, and nothing was tight on my skin. I didn't feel restricted when getting in and out of my car.

When you’re short on time, having an outfit that’s easy to throw on and go is always a plus.

Often, a flattering 100% wool dress can make a complete outfit on its own, and the Oliver Charles All-Season Swing Dress certainly does.

However, it’s also fun to experiment by adding pieces from your closet to elevate the look and give it a fresh, personalized touch.

I can see myself repeating this outfit this summer. I got several compliments and got so much done this day in my sweater dress.
