The body fit is PERFECT, comfortably on the snug side. Sleeves are a little short for my preference, but not a dealbreaker at all. The feel is heavenly. Color, natural wool, classic. I wear with T-shirt under, and flannel or other layer over (if needed). The brand precisely fits my own philosophy. Fewer, high-quality, long lasting items of clothing. I have an all season crew from a couple of years ago that when I first got it, I think I wore it every day for about a year. Absolutely stunning. Perfect. I still wear that one — it is a little thinner in its texture than the waffle so serves a bit of different purpose. Both pieces can literally go from the trail to the bar with ease. And I think I like this one even better. Also, neither one of them get stinky.

My all-season oversized crew exceeded my expectations. I was looking for something to replace the heavy cotton sweatshirt I commandeered from my husband. The sweatshirt was cozy and oversized and I wore it around the house nearly every day. Your oversized crew is just the ticket. I've worn it every day since its arrival. It is much softer than I expected. The fit just skims the body the way I hoped it would — slightly boxy. I can wear it solo (not itchy at all!) or with a T-shirt or collared shirt underneath. I can wear it lounging around the house or dress it up with a scarf and jewelry and head out for the day. I wore it under my puffer jacket for a quick walk around the neighborhood this afternoon -- 16 degrees here! -- and stayed comfortably warm. I am really looking forward to taking it on a weeklong trip later this month. I think it will be the perfect travel sweater.
The biggest surprise is how wearing something made without seams feels against my skin. I am not overly sensitive to textures against my skin (I didn't think I was, anyway -- I wear merino bras and underwear with no problem) but wearing this seamless garment makes my skin RELAX, which makes the rest of my body relax. Who knew??!!
I have not had to wash the sweater yet but I am happy that it is machine-washable.

I love this sweater! The fit is perfect, it's incredibly soft, and I'm over the moon with the color. And, while this may sound a little odd, I really like the uniformity of the result of using a 3-D printer. It looks like a pattern of sorts. And the sweater is very versatile. I can wear it over a T-shirt with jeans, with dressier pants and a collared shirt, under a sport coat... so many ways to wear it.Thanks, Oliver Charles!

I adore the cables and other knit patterns in this sweater. It is a beautiful deep Indigo blue, soft and comfy. It has become my favorite sweater in just 3 days. I wear it with jeans, hiking pants, and gray wool dress pants. This sweater goes everywhere!

This All-Season 1/4 Zip is a Great "Go To" . . It makes getting dressed for the work day a quick and easy. No need for fumbling with buttons, or extra layers. I love the generous sleeve length as I have longish arms, the mid body though, I wouldn't mind having that a bit more snug and a little shorter. ( I am after all, 5'2" :) On the whole I really Love this sweater. The color is Fabulous; the marled/heathered yarns are the Best; and the fabric is superb. . Such Good Quality. I would recommend this All-season 1/4 Zip to any and everyone who wants a cozy comfortable base layer sweater.

I was really surprised how flattering the fit was for my sweater. Out of the package I thought it would be boxy, but it wasn’t! I chose natural color to be versatile for travel and it’s a good neutral color. When selecting colors, I did wish there were a bit more selection. Especially on the lighter color end. It’s soft, very comfortable and high quality construction. I’ve worn it by itself, with a base turtleneck to ski, and dressed it up with a scarf for dinner. I’m probably going to invest in a second one, it’s such a great base piece for the wardrobe. So far I’m impressed with this small company, its quality product, and the made to order business model, saving on unnecessary warehousing footprint. Also love the fun marketing challenges and engagement with customers. It’s not just a “buy and forget” company. Kudos to your marketing creativity!

I was hoping to have a very warm sweater that was soft and able to wear over repeated days without washing. A few thoughts. It's a beautifully made no seam sweater and I enjoyed wearing it very much! As I'm a petite, it was a bit big for me, especially around the armholes and the length. It tended to have an extra crease around my arms that I didn't prefer and I felt like always tugging it down/smooth for photo's. Arm length was also a bit too long, so I turned the sleeves up once. I enjoy well tailored clothing and there's no way to change it. Despite this, I will hopefully enjoy the sweater for many years or longer! It's SUPER warm and even though I'm now in Pennsylvania, it could have easily been worn outside in N Wisconsin on many days. I rarely wore a coat with it, unless the wind was blowing. It never smelled in the evenings, and hanging it out overnight somehow it aired itself to be ready for wearing the next day! Color is gorgeous and perfect for me. Overall, I'm very grateful to add it to my collection.

I was ready to love this sweater and it did not disappoint. It’s soft and light but still very warm, and seems to go with everything. I was surprised to learn how easy it is to wear the same thing for a week (switching up the base layer). I’m learning to simplify my clothing and other parts of my life; the quality of this sweater makes that easier.

This sweater definitely exceeded my expectations! I wear wool often and wear them until they are so threadbare they can't be mended. But this sweater was softer and warmer than my other wool sweaters of similar weight, even the merino ones! I find it frustrating when a brand new piece is badly pilled after just a few wears, but my Oliver Charles sweater has very little pulling after 30 days of wearing it everywhere, no signs that it will wear it any time soon, and no seams to come apart! I was almost never too hot, either, even when inside. This is the perfect sweater for anyone wanting comfortable, high quality, durable, sustainable clothing choices! I can't wait for my next piece!

I was initially drawn to Oliver Charles sweaters for a couple of reasons. To start, I am working to remove plastic from my wardrobe. I am also downsizing my wardrobe with the intention of prioritizing well-made, texturally interesting pieces in neutral colors. My all-season waffle knit meets all of those requirements! I was really surprised by how well it held its shape after 30 days of constant wear. I washed it before wearing (and it air dried really quickly, which was great), and I haven’t needed to wash it since. In terms of sizing, I looked at so many reviews and poured over the size chart because no one else seemed to wear these sweaters in the way I was looking to wear one: roomy and comfy! I am 5’7” and 130 lbs. I went with a L, which is a size bigger than I usually get, and I am glad that I did. Even though today was day 31, I wore my sweater, and I will probably continue to do so. I didn’t think that I was experiencing decision fatigue before with my wardrobe (I don’t have many clothes to begin with), but wearing the same thing every day has been a relief for me. This past month has had a lot of temperature fluctuation where I live, and by switching up which layers I wore underneath, I’ve been able to comfortably wear this sweater across a huge range of temperatures. I would recommend this sweater to anyone who wants to simplify and look good while doing so!

I did the challenge for my second yak wool sweater. I had been wanting to reduce my overall clothing consumption and move toward a more sustainable wardrobe, and I needed a kick in the butt to break my pattern of wanting to wear something different every day. I was very skeptical of whether it would stay smelling fresh, but it took until after day 20– more than I would ever normally wear a sweater continuously— for my kid to tell me I was starting to get smelly, and that was after sticking her nose in my armpit for a strong sniff! I used some homemade fabric refresher (alcohol + water + essential oils for scent) and the next day it was like new again. I was surprised how much of a relief it was to have something to wear that looked good, felt good, and kept me comfortable across my entire day and activities. Other sweaters can hit one or two of those marks, maybe, but my OC sweater is a hit all around.

I immediately put on my summer crew neck when it arrived and I am wearing to to the office today. I noticed walking in to the office in the 58 degree weather that I felt comfortable- not cool or hot, just comfortable. The sweater looks very nice for work. I intend to wear it on a trip to Milan in March, so I’m looking forward to seeing how warm it keeps me as the weather gets cooler and what layers are needed to keep me warm.

I was skeptical about wearing a sweater in warm weather. While I don’t think I could wear the seacell in mid to late hot summer weather, it was good for 60’s and possibly low 70’s if not in full sun or high humidity. It will be a good addition to my MN wardrobe because we have limited very hot weather. I loved that the sweater could be dressed up or down. I wore it for a variety of occasions and even bike rides. I was surprised how comfortable it felt every time I wore it. I wish there were more colors. OC sweaters will have a positive impact on my life because they inspire me to downsize my wardrobe and buy fewer plastic fibers in the future. Anyone who cares about our planet and wants to start a capsule wardrobe should buy OC sweaters.

Based on the description I ordered these socks by the dozens to gift to college age nieces and nephews who live in snow country. The bulk discount made this purchase worthwhile. I ordered enough socks to include a couple of pairs for my husband and me, so I did get to try them on, though I haven’t had occasion to wear them yet. First of all the packaging is impressively sustainable with the only plastic being the bags the bulk socks came in. No annoying plastic strips holding the socks together, just recyclable paper wrapped around each pair. The socks are exceedingly soft. The size worked out surprisingly well, as I am at the low end of the range for size M. Though seemingly at first a bit long in the foot, it was easy to scrunch the material to fit without it bunching or wrinkling. They are pretty much “one size fits all!” I’m going to enjoy testing their durability and hardiness. Thank you for this product. I know my relatives will appreciate their khullu socks!
It's like wearing a yummy hug. Non-itchy, light, fits perfectly, my new favorite. It keeps surprising me, too, with compliments every time I wear it; folks say I look good but don't mention why. Call it subtle elegance. Snug in the cold (added a light outer shell in a stark wind) yet doesn't make me sweaty indoors. I love yaks for lots of reasons. Very glad I splurged.

I am always looking for quality staple pieces that don’t have to be washed after every wear. This sweater honestly made me realize how poorly constructed every sweater I’ve ever worn was. The quality is just unmatched. It didn’t stretch in weird places. It didn’t hold smells. The texture got softer by the day. I got so many compliments. As a therapist the running joke is that we are always in cardigans and this one will become a signature for me. I live an active lifestyle, walking and biking pretty much everywhere, so I put my sweater through the wringer just existing. It held up perfectly even when I snagged it TWICE on my bike. Couldn’t even tell where it had been caught. This will definitely be my signature cardigan going forward.

Wore my sweater for 7 days, some days with over 40 hours while hiking the Tour Du Mont Blanc. My all season Henley sweater handled the large swings of temperatures on the trek perfectly. On the cold mornings, I would feel nice and cozy, then as the sun rose and it got warmer I.would still feel cool and even if I did sweat from the effort of climbing up 8000 ft, my sweater never smelled at the end of the day. There were even 2 nights where I slept in it, without taking a shower. I got compliments on the trail and some people asked me if I felt itchy because of the yak or wool and I would tell them, absolutely not! My backpack waist straps snagged my sweater on the side and I thought that was it for my sweater but after washing it when I got back from Europe, I was pleasantly surprised that the snag fixed itself and the weave only had some slight pilling...hardly noticeable. This sweater is a game changer and a workhorse for me in temperatures between 40F to 70F. I ordered another one in boat neck style! PS..I usually wear an XS but for OC, XXS fits perfectly!

I finally have a sweater that I am not afraid to wear! Most of my sweaters are a blend of natural and synthetic fibers. I also have 2 cashmere sweaters. I find that they all quickly look worn out, and because of that they are only worn a few hours at a time and only when I am leaving the house. I will also get too hot in sweaters sometimes. I can probably count on one hand how many times I wear my cashmere sweaters because they need to be dry cleaned.
They spend most of their time in my closet, rarely seeing the outside world. I truly wore my Oliver Charles sweater everyday for 30 days. In fact, this sweater has never seen the inside of my closet! I wore it for 8-10 hours a day, during all of my normal activities (except cooking). I only needed to wash it roughly every 10 days, and I tossed it into the washing machine (with a pair of jeans to remove pills). I am so amazed at how it still looks brand new. It looks like it would be delicate, but it is quite resilient. I fell on concrete, fully expecting a hole in the elbow area afterwards, and there was no damage! I wore it on multiple hikes (stuffing it into a backpack once), volunteering, running errands, out to dinner, lounging at home, ALL the things! It kept me comfortable through a wide range temperatures.
This past month we had low 40’s up to mid 80’s. I was shocked at being comfortable in a sweater in temperatures above 60, as I typically run on the warm side. It’s so SOFT! It’s not itchy at all. It stays fresh. It holds its shape. It’s a modern marvel! My bust measurement was on the fence between XL and XXL. I reached out for help with sizing, and the XL was suggested. It’s perfect. It’s not too tight, as I was worried about. I think the next size up would look frumpy. If you have questions about sizing, I highly recommend reaching out for suggestions. I fully intend to expand my collection of these amazing sweaters. EVERYONE should have an OC sweater!

Before starting the 5 Adventure Challenge, I was curious but also a little skeptical about how the sweater would fit and perform. My main question was with the unisex sizing. I have a distinctly female-shaped body, and I had hoped for a feminine cut — slimmer through the upper arms, less width across the shoulders, a bit more shape at the waist, and a little extra room at the hips. As Oliver Charles grows, I strongly encourage them to consider offering more fits. I think it would make an already exceptional product even better. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the sweater adapted over time. The fiber truly does conform to your body. After a few wears, it felt more personalized and comfortable, almost like it learned my shape. While it remains a bit roomy through the upper arms and boxy in the midsection, it drapes nicely and looks great with a few styling tweaks — layered for polish or worn solo for casual comfort.
Throughout the challenge, I tested it in just about every Pacific Northwest condition: damp forests, breezy coastlines, crisp vineyards, and cozy nights by the fire. It impressed me each time with its durability, comfort, breathability, and versatility. I was especially surprised by how well it balanced warmth and airflow — never too hot, never too cold — and how easily it bounced back after washing. I’m grateful to have been selected for this mission. This sweater has become a dependable companion that I know I’ll reach for often. I would recommend an Oliver Charles sweater to anyone who values timeless, sustainable clothing that performs beautifully in everyday life. It’s a piece that feels both rugged and refined, and it only gets better with wear.

This is my second Olive and Charles top. I’ve been obsessed with the undyed fabric and knew that I wanted something that transitioned through some warmish weather. When I spied the Tunic I felt both challenged and inspired. I don’t typically wear garments like this, but it seemed like something that I could play with nicely. Imagine my surprise when I’ve been wearing it daily since it arrived and it hasn’t felt old or boring. My Apple Watch band seems to gather a little fiber fuzz, but the Tunic isn’t showing any pills. It’s been comfortable with highs in the upper 80’s. I am having fun combining it with my wardrobe, I think when I start layering it over long sleeves it will get even more interesting. Pictured here are the first 7 days. I’m currently on day 9.

I got the "natural" color which seems like it will go with anything. I was debating between XXS and XS, My measurements fit the XXS but I got the XS because I don't like tight-fitting clothes. I made the correct choice. The fit is perfect. It is great for the weather here in San Francisco, which is often cool. I am also going to take it when I travel. Thanks, OC!

My husband says it’s the color of my eyes. I have worn it with a skirt and with overalls. I’m making it part of my summer go-to as it is nice for entering into icy air conditioning, and cooling enough for a walk outside, even in the sun; perfect for evening walk with the dog. I’m sure it will become a life-long friend. My husband wants one, and thinks we should get them for our daughters (so they don’t “accidentally” take it home with them.) The natural fibers are just what the doctor ordered after too many years in polyester.
