Summer Crew Neck

I was looking for a sustainable garment that was warm and lightweight. I did some research and wanted to start with the summer crew to see how the fit is, etc. I love the feel and drape of the sweater. It's so soft and comfortable. I like my sweaters a little loose and this is a bit of a boxy fit, which I like. I ordered the Blue Bird color and absolutely love it. I can dress it up or down. I wear with sweat pants, or nice jeans and boots with a scarf. I'm planning a trip to Iceland and definitely want to take it along as the weather will be unpredictable. This is a fantastic find - yesterday in Florida the temperature ranged from around 60 to 85 - the seater was perfectly comfortable, inside, outside, sun and shade! I appreciated the light weight, soft cool color, breathable.

I was skeptical of how this sweater would wash up but to my surprise it washed well in both cold(recommended) water and hot water. It would tighten up each time but then relaxed back to good fit. This sweater if perfect for the climate I live in. It will be wonderful if it truly lasts a lifetime! No need to purchase any other sweater. I would recommend this sweater to anyone who wants a lightweight but warm sweater that does not take up much space in a suitcase.

I've never owned a summer sweater before (just merino, yak, etc for winter) so it wasn't quite as soft out of the bag as I was expecting. However, I got used to it really quickly. (It's not NOT soft, it's just not as soft as merino.) But after wearing it a few days, I was blown away by its versatility - it could be 85 outside and 66 inside (I hate the AC at my work!), and I was comfortable in both temp ranges... How is that possible?! I did my 30 days in the fall and it was great. I washed 3 times (about once per week) and had no issues with smells. No one even noticed that I was wearing the same sweater everyone day!! Now that the challenge is over I've raced about this sweater to almost everyone I know, and several of them are eager to try it out too. Can't wait for it to get more wear again next summer!

I was skeptical that i would be able to wear a sweater comfortably for 7 days in a row being as hot matured as I am. But the sweater was very breathable and very comfortable for everyday wear. The sweater fits perfectly, a little snug in the arms at first but loosened enough on the first wear. Its material is soft, slightly textured, and light enough for warmer weather. The neutral brown goes with just about everything, to my delight. I've been layering with the sweater and have enjoyed the new level of comfort. Usually I'm too hot and sweaty or too cold but I'll actually forget I'm wearing this, which is amazing. The machine washability, sustainability, odor control, and neat technology behind the products is what drew me to the company and has me coming back already to shop for another.

The Summer Sweater fits good. Little tight at the arms. It feels very soft and comforable. The color is okay. I miss e green and the rust! Wearing it directly on the skin is very comfy (I like it).

Initially, I was worried about the heat as this has been a hot and humid summer. It arrived right before my long weekend in Toronto, so I thought PERFECT, and it was. I wore it running all around town in August, and it was cool and comfortable. I didn't realize I was wearing a sweater. And although I worried it would start to stink, I smelled it daily before putting in on and it was just like new. I highly recommend this as you will not need to pack a number of items for a trip. AND even after seven days of wear, it holds its shape, which is unusual for cotton, so it must be the SeaCell. Excited to get the all-season sweater next.
