Do I need to apply? This is different from applying to be an OC field tester. We accept 2 out of around 200 applicants every month.
Unlike field testers, anyone can order to take the challenge above.
Can I return the sweater? If you receive your sweater and decide to return it, we offer free returns and exchanges. We do not offer returns or exchanges after you complete the challenge.
Where do I post? Post to our Facebook Group! If you don't currently have a Facebook account, no worries! Just send us an email at team@oliver-charles.com, and we'll be happy to help set you up with another option so you can join in on the fun.
What if I forget something? We know that remembering to post about every day for a week is hard, but in order to complete the challenge we require that you document the process by posting a picture or video about each day, posting your unboxing video, and joining our Facebook group. Worry not! We'll be available to help along the way.
